| "Mr. Canada", was no doubt Sam's biggest bodybuilding achievement. Mr. Canada was preceded by the "Mr. Montreal" provincial title. Sam also won the "Mr. Muscle Beach" title in the 1950's. Sam has worked with nearly all of the great bodybuilders at one time or another. | ||
